I love to make these little cups. Each one has it's own personality and each one comes out a little different. I throw these "off of the hump" which means that I center a 5lb ball of clay on the wheel and then I section off a small piece of clay at the top. This sectioned off piece is thrown in to a small cup then cut off of the hump. The hump of clay is still centered so I then section off another piece of the top and throw another cup. I can get 12 - 15 cups out of one hump of clay.
Each cup is made out of mid-range porcelain clay and will withstand the rigors of heavy drinking! All of the glazes are food safe and microwavable.

The Tipsy Wine Glass is pieced together form thrown and extruded parts and tends to bend and get a little tipsy when fired in the kiln. As one customer states " If the glass starts looking straight then you've had enough to drink!".
